MuscleGen Creagen Pro, Creatine Ethyl Ester, more commonly known as CEE or Creatine Ester, is a derivative of Creatine.

Like Creatine, it increases muscle cell volume, endurance, and allows for more rapid recovery.

MuscleGen Creagen Pro has a much better absorption rate and a longer half-life in the body than regular Creatine Monohydrate, and increases muscle availability, as it increases the endurance of Adenosine Triphosphate, or ATPs, which are the cells in the body in which energy is stored. Serving Guide:
Creagen Pro Loading Phase
Take 2 tablets, 3 times per day for the first 7 days. Creatine loading will speed up your body’s ability to use the creatine, meaning faster results.

Creagen Pro Maintenance Phase
Take 2 tablets per day, morning and afternoon including non-training days.
